Premiere "Opening of will: The legacy of Eugenie"

Is it a lost or never painted painting by Oskar Kokoschka, showing Eugenie Schwarzwald here? Not only this matter is clarified in the "Probate". A premiere at the Jewish Museum Vienna ia an unusual reading which will shed light on the history and activities of the educator and writer. The main players of this evening are the Rezitatorin Bettina Rossbacher and the historian Robert Streibel. Other contributors are: Alessio De Icco, Hannah Feigl and Antonia Cramer.

If someone wants to get to know "the" Black Forest he has to read her articles and not only the ones in the "Neuen Freien Presse". Her sketches are her legacy. "The legacy of Eugenie", appeared in the Löcker Verlag and about 80 of those are printed in the band.

This is an event in collaboration with the exhibition „The Place to be. Parlors as the place of emancipation, will be shown at the Jewish Museum Vienna until October 14th 2018..
